Super Awesome Full of Win Exchange

My Fair & Square Exchange from my partner Jill arrived in yesterday’s mail. OMG.

Lizzie Kate’s Hocus Pocus. Too cute for words and I love how cute the sig block is. Perfect match. I have to get this chart, I have the *best* idea for a sewing set based on this now.

Now, Fair & Square is a “goodie-less” exchange. Which is fine. But Jill & I on our own decided to exchange goodies too. And oh boy! did I make out like a bandit!!!

First I have to start with the HAND KNIT socks. I am filled with love for these (Jill’s mom made them). I adore them, will squeeze them, love them and call them George. She also sent Pretty Pumpkins from Glendon Place which has been on my wishlist for forever and a day. And mucho other goodies, a blinged out tape measure, glass heart stitch marker (that she made herself), ghostie floss tags, a fat quarter of cotton, a tin of buttons (black & orange), and last but not least candy!

Whew… wow… thank you so very much Jill. Your package not only made my day yesterday, but it did today too. And please say thank you to your mom from me too!

And I am working on yours, I have my basic idea worked up, now I’m just working on the details. Oh and the square has been finished for ages now. 😀

I’m a bad blogger, I promised pictures of last week’s mani (Amazing Lazing Lilac with a top coat of Dazzle Me – both OPI) and I failed to take a picture. It was nice, but nothing show stopping so you didn’t miss anything.

This week though, I do have a picture!

I’m calling this one “The Princess Strawberry” manicure. Base coat of Strawberry Fields with a top of Princesses Rule, both by OPI. I feel so girly.

Quilt update coming soon. 3 of the borders are on and if I wasn’t blogging I’d be off sewing on border 4. So with that in mind…
