Both off my wishlist. OMG, love love love. And Cheryl is obviously in cahoots with Silkweaver or has the most awesome timing ever because Silkweaver’s got 18 x 25 cuts of lugana on sale for $12 (selected colors). I bought a double cut of Wandering Ivy to stitch And A Garden Grew on, and considering it’s stitched with dmc – this is going to be the cheapest BAP ever.
I’ve also *finally* finished all the smalls that were being made from the notorious MiraRR. Really, what the hell happened with this one? Two stolen, one missing – now found!, one taken as replacement for the two stolen, and a stitcher having to drop out because of illness. Maybe I should call an exorcist in for the WWRR BB….

My cleaning lady! is coming on Sunday (she’s squeezing me this week) so I’ve got to clean house. 😉 I *know*, by clean I mean pick up the piles of stuff that are on just about every flat surface upstairs. Downstairs will take me 20 minutes, so that’s not a big deal. It’s the guest/sewing room that is scaring me. I’ve already spent some time in there and you wouldn’t know it to look at it.
I haven’t made it back to HoHRH yet. I’ve tried, but when I did I found block #1 has mistakes. *sigh* Luckily I noticed before I stitched the wrong colors.Took me about 30 minutes to track those down and by then the internet had totally sucked me and I didn’t stitch. Granted it was midnight… but still. Maybe if I quit taking a hour to post to the blog I’ll have time to squeeze in a few stitches before I have to leave for Win’s fencing.
What else… I don’t think I mentioned it; I’ve got contacts again! It is so nice not to have to wear glasses all the time. I’ve bought 3 pairs of sunglasses in the week that I’ve had contacts. 😀
I bought a bathing suit last night – with no tears. Granted I’m not thrilled to death – but I’m also fairly confident no one will avert their eyes in horror. Tonight during fencing I’m hoping to find a few cute tops and maybe some capris for the trip.
That’s about it, I’m going to go stitch.

Enjoy your cleaning lady. I’m thinking of firing my service and hiring another. I’m just not satisfied lately. Grrr.
Congrats on the new stash – hmm might have to wander over to Silkweavers myself. I knew about the sale, but have been resisting, now you’ve got me thinking about what a good deal $12 is!! LOL
