Meet Johnson

I freely admit that reality isn’t one of my strengths. Frankly, I find it tiresome. My mind wanders off, luckily it does still return, but while on its travels it meets interesting people, things, places, concepts etc. Last week I met Johnson.

Johnson is a snake. He’s not Satan, Satan’s in the tree. This guy, he’s just hanging out.

Now, due to issues arising from re-charting Adam & Eve the little bunny that was supposed to be hanging out around their feet had to go bye-bye. I prefer to say Johnson ate him. Believe me if Eve’s feet weren’t in the way Johnson’s tummy would have a bunny shaped lump. Oh and Johnson’s spots are smyrna stitches.

Now there still is work to be done on page 1 of ATS, but it feels to me like I’ve finished the first section. If I was smart one to take the easy way out, I could call this piece done. Of course I won’t. But I won’t say Satan up there didn’t tell me it was a good idea.

Next week I’ll start on the peacocks and crowns. I want to put Jessica stitches in the eye of each feather on the peacocks’ tails. I’m 99% sure it’s going to work. Keep your fingers crossed for me that it actually does.

Hopefully Tuesday I’ll be back with a Caribbean update and then I’ll be going no cross stitch pictures for aΒ  bit while I work on an exchange.
