Ladies, I'm really tired

This is a half hearted post at best. I am getting better, by which I mean I no longer feel like a trip to the emergency room is a real possibility. Right now I just feel like something stuck to bottom of a shoe.

First! A big THANK YOU to Kathy. Not long ago I won a give-away on her blog to celebrate its anniversary and let me tell you she went all out.

Yeah, WOW! Like Christmas & my birthday.

Blue seems to be the theme, which is great because I love blue. (was the blue living room furniture a hint?) She sent *deep breath*

An adorable snowbunny pillow

Canada car magnet

Postcard

3 Blue Overdyed threads (& my first Valdani)

Scissor fob with my initial an a spiffy “made with love” charm (I want those! where can I buy those?)

9×13 cut of Blue Fusion

Piecemaker 28s

Maple lollipop

A wonderful made by Kathy zippered pouch (with a zipper nicer than I can sew)

Two LK charts that I wanted

A thimble

And Lighthouse (*ick* /joking!!!!) origami ort container, it is so cute I keep playing with it

I do have to admit, Kathy’s wonderful package took my mind off how bad I was feeling. And for that, a double thank you Kathy!

Oh and I finished Eurdora:

Off to take some codeine cough syrup so anything I post between now and tomorrow should be considered to be on par with drunk dialing.

Oh Missy, Eurdora is just gorgeous. I do love her. The beads make her sparkle, it feels like being underwater with her.
    Great work!

I am so glad the package arrived safely and that you liked what was inside. The pillow can remind your of our WNRR. I just could not resist the lighthouse ort container.
Those little hearts – in the beading section at Joann’s. Hope you are feeling better real soon.

One lucky girl getting all that package – and you managed a finish even though you’re not feeling well – that is pretty great.

Hope the ickyness subsides soon – seems you’ve been sick for quite awhile now – time to get better!

  4. Karen says:

What lovely gifts! I’m glad you’re feeling a little better. The mermaid is gorgeous!!

  5. Michelle says:

Eudora is gorgeousness embodied! And the beads, oh the beads!!! I can’t believe how f-ing fast you stitched her – especially while being sick. And FYI – the two times I’ve had reactions to medicines was after several days of taking them – food and other stuff seems to react within 30 minutes or so. So, I’m not surprised it took 4-5 days. But when it kicks you, it KICKS you! Glad you are off that med, and getting better I hope. Take care of yourself and if you feel the need to send that beautiful mermaid to me, I’ll be happy to hang her in my house. ; )

Missy I hope that continue to feel better. There’s nothing worse than being sick in the summer. Wonderful presents! So many nice goodies. And Eurdora – she’s absolutely gorgeous and you got her done so fast! And with not feeling well. You’ve done a wonderful job and she is beautiful!

  7. Susan says:

Eudora is beautiful, Missy, as is the package you received from Kathy.

    I’m so sorry that you’re still feeling under the weather. I hope you feel better real soon! {{{hugs}}}

She’s gorgeous! And so quickly…must have the turbo needles out. (must resist stash purchase for now…. LOL)

    Great package!

I’m so glad you are feeling better 🙂
